2026年国家网络安全宣传周(下称网安周)系列活动正在济南举行,北京长亭科技有限公司创始人朱文雷活动期间表示,过去发现高价值漏洞往往依赖少数高水平专家,周期长、成本高、难以复制,近几年前沿大模型能力突破后,网络安全漏洞挖掘数量急剧上升。网络攻击一旦具备工业化生产和复制能力,风险量级将发生根本变化。
面对攻击能力的跃迁,参加网安周活动的业内人士期盼凝聚产业合力,主动应对AI时代网络安全风险。
朱文雷强调,大模型的“聪明大脑”需要大量高质量任务数据,这些数据更多在行业单位的真实安全运营实践中。目前,长亭科技已开放了一批高质量网络安全数据,并与近二十家国产大模型公司签署了相关协议。他呼吁更多产业力量参与其中,共享经验、共同进步。
华为全球网络安全官杨晓宁表示,借助人工智能等工具,漏洞已经跃升为当前最重要的网络攻击途径,从公开到被武器化利用的时间窗口也正收缩至“分钟级感知、小时级对抗”阶段,传统被动防御模式已难以应对AI驱动的全新威胁,需要从被动应对防御向主动协同防御和网络运行建设进行过渡。
杨晓宁强调,数字时代的安全单靠任何一家企业都无法独立完成,必须坚持共建共享,构建立体协同防御体系,尽快建立AI时代的风险共识。
更多企业在从被动防御向主动应对转变。中国南方电网有限责任公司总经理季明彬表示,新形势下守牢能源电力关键信息基础设施的网络安全,迫切需要加快由静态被动防御转向体系化主动作战。
据悉,南方电网已建成省市两级网络安全监测预警中枢,自主研发的智能防护产品漏洞检测效率提升10倍以上,漏洞检出率超92%、告警准确率达96.8%。
中国官方也已有所行动。中国公安部正通过国家网络身份认证公共服务为个人信息建设“数字盾牌”,以期从源头减少明文身份信息的过度采集和盗用,保护个人信息、维护网络空间秩序。
据透露,公安部国家网络身份认证APP推出后,已有5000万人申领网证,累计提供网络身份认证服务超1.6亿次。目前,全国已有400余家主管部门及企事业单位接入,上线适配680余款应用场景。顺丰、韵达等28个快递平台落地匿名认证,六大国有银行、腾讯、淘宝、京东等头部平台全面接入,在有效解决实名问题的同时,可以最大程度减少明文身份信息在互联网上的采集、传播和留存。
