China News Service, Shanghai, November 2 (Reporter Xu Jing) The 9th China International Import Expo is about to be held. The reporter visited the site on the 2nd and learned that the Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation’s comprehensive command platform for CIIE service assurance has completed a smart upgrade. Food safety assurance can be verified with one click, special equipment safety can be known with one scan, and comprehensive inspections can be identified with one click. AI is deeply embedded in the entire CIIE security process, using digital means to build multiple lines of defense for food safety, special equipment safety, and exhibition order.
The "Food Safety AI Doctor" has been upgraded again this year. The "Food Safety Eyes (One Shot and Verification)" intelligent agent built based on the large-scale food safety model is connected to the command platform. It has four functions: intelligent research and judgment, quantitative scoring, compliance guidance, and full-process traces. It transforms the real scene of the kitchen into quantifiable and judgeable data.
The security personnel only need to use their mobile phones to take pictures of kitchen operation scenes, and the system can automatically identify risks, output a list of problems, and propose rectification suggestions, realizing "one shot to find problems, one shot to evaluate, one shot to promote rectification, and one shot to keep records." Supervisory inspections and enterprise self-inspections implement the same set of determination rules, and inspection records are traceable throughout the process.
The system also promotes the "Bright Kitchen and Bright Stove" upgrade. Compared with manual visual inspection and paper registration in previous years, now relying on unified task numbers, staff at various locations can collaborate online. Staff take photos of the scene, and the company can receive a list of hidden dangers and rectification requirements at the same time; after the company completes the rectifications, the company takes photos and uploads them again, and the account is canceled after verification by supervisors. The whole process of handling hidden dangers leaves traces in a closed loop, and supervision efficiency is significantly improved.
The elevators in the CIIE venues are large in size and carry high passenger flow loads. At previous CIIEs, the security team has conducted full coverage inspections of all 520 pieces of special equipment more than twice a day, of which 424 elevators are the focus of inspections. Relying on the upgraded comprehensive command platform, elevator safety assurance has realized the optimization of the whole process of "code scanning verification-image collection-AI analysis-problem rectification". AI-assisted frame extraction scans on-site images to identify potential risks such as equipment operation and component status, promoting early detection, early warning, and early disposal of risks.
Advertising inspections have always been the focus of comprehensive market supervision at the CIIE. This year, this work will usher in new intelligent changes. The Shanghai Municipal Market Supervision Department launched an advertising AI intelligent comprehensive inspection system before the exhibition to build an integrated supervision system of "mobile terminal collection, backend terminal research and judgment, and command terminal dispatching". The system relies on the large model computing power base and integrates the China Advertising Association's advertising corpus compliance database to establish high, medium and low three-level risk research and judgment standards that fit the CIIE scenario, and accurately focuses on the hidden legal risks of high-frequency advertising.
Patrol staff log in to the system through mobile phones, create work orders, and upload photos. AI automatically compares the advertising corpus and prompts suspected illegal content, and the background simultaneously generates risk research and judgment references. Inspection personnel conduct two rounds of reviews based on on-site conditions and back-end research and judgment, with final manual inspection to ensure accurate prompts and in-place guidance, moving the advertising compliance barrier forward.
At last year’s CIIE, many exhibitors promoted their products through live broadcasts at their booths. In response to this trend, the system has added a live broadcast information collection module, which can register and file live broadcast platforms, MCN organizations, anchors, categories and other information, and simultaneously carry out live broadcast inspection services to provide support for traceability, embodying prior guidance, in-process reminders, and standardized guidance.
The system continuously collects inspection data, and the command screen updates the inspection progress, number of problems, risk proportion and other data of each exhibition hall in real time. The command center dynamically allocates manpower and directs inspection forces to high-risk booths. As of 12 noon on November 2, the advertising inspection of the entire venue, which used to take a whole day to complete, now only takes about 7 hours, and the inspection efficiency has been greatly improved.
At present, intelligent-assisted supervision has achieved preliminary results in catering, food, special equipment, advertising and other fields. The Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation will continue to amplify the spillover effects of the CIIE, relying on the "Food Safety Code", "Smart Elevator Code" and advertising monitoring platform, to expand relevant applications to social supervision, and comprehensively improve the efficiency of catering food safety, special equipment safety and advertising supervision and management.
