Yihua Systems exhibited drone magnesium alloy injection process technology, which can significantly reduce the weight of drones and increase load-carrying capacity. In terms of anti-drone, the drone interference and shooting detection device is displayed, which is a system that can detect the position of the drone and operate the "pilot". The detection radius is about 1 to 3 kilometers, and can detect up to 4 drones at the same time. It is also equipped with jamming equipment covering different frequency bands for countermeasures.

Industry players point out that magnesium alloys can weigh up to 33% less than aluminum alloys, while the general magnesium alloy manufacturing process requires die-casting and forging, as well as complex facilities such as furnaces. However, using semi-solid magnesium alloy injection technology, the material is processed and then directly injected into the mold, which can reduce the need for subsequent processing, and also reduces the porosity and improves the material strength. It is especially suitable for drone components that require mass production. The production time of a single piece can be shortened to less than one minute. The material utilization rate is also increased from 30% for general aluminum alloy cutting to 70%. The total cost of 5,000 pieces can be significantly reduced by more than 40%.

Compared with ordinary plastic injection, aluminum-magnesium alloy has the structural characteristics of metal materials, and can also take into account the lightweight requirements that drones attach great importance to. Industry insiders say that as long as the weight of the drone can be reduced, it will have the opportunity to leave more weight for the battery or mission payload, further improving flight time and mission flexibility.

In addition, Yihua's UAV jamming gun can interfere with all GNSS satellite positioning signals, and can also interfere with frequency bands commonly used by UAVs, forcing UAV remote control, image transmission, positioning, etc., and signal interruption to achieve the counter-effect of forced landing/return/hovering. The interference distance is long, and the distance in open areas can reach more than 1 km.

Yihua said that the jamming gun is a drone counter-jamming device developed by the company. It can interfere with the frequency bands used by drones and interfere with uplink and downlink frequency band signal transmission. Currently, it is designed for the frequency bands commonly used by drones on the market. In the future, it can also be designed for the anti-interference frequency hopping function of drones, and a full-band frequency sweep covering the interference from 600MHz to 6000MHz can also be added to the control equipment to install the frequency modulation function, so that the jammer gun can quickly switch to the interference frequency band.

The anti-drone detection system part can detect the radio signals between the drone and the remote control terminal. In addition to knowing the position of the drone in the air, it can also further locate the ground operation terminal.

Industry experts pointed out that the actual detection distance of the system will still be affected by terrain, buildings and the surrounding electromagnetic environment. Under normal application conditions, the detection radius can reach approximately 1 to 3 kilometers, and a single system can detect up to 4 drones at the same time.
