Alessandro Di Battista is better, after the complex operation in recent days in Havana, and 'can't wait to resume his battles'. Among the very little information arriving from Cuba on the state of health of the former parliamentarian of the Five Star Movement, the one released by the 'Schierarsi' association is decidedly encouraging: "he is facing the phase following the surgery in the best possible way", it is assured.

"Alessandro di Battista is improving, his conditions are evolving quite well", confirms a medical source to ANSA regarding the post-operative course of the former deputy who is still hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the Hospital Clínico Quirúrgico Hermanos Ameijeiras, in Havana.

The family asked for maximum confidentiality and that is how it has been until today. What is certain is that there is no lack of thanks to the structure and to the Cuban doctors who assisted him in these very difficult days on an island where practically everything is missing following the very strict American embargo.
