The citizen, who reached the address of the business, encountered an empty shop when he went to the specified location. İbrahim Ay, who learned from his conversation with the surrounding tradesmen that the business he ordered from was closed in 2022, began to investigate where his order was prepared. As a result of his research, Ay learned that the products were prepared at home without any license from the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry. While he was astonished by this situation, he applied to Muratpaşa Municipality and the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry both with a petition and through CİMER.
Following Ay's application, the police teams went to the specified address and left, keeping the necessary minutes, as the specified location was not a workplace. It was learned that the person told the police teams that he did not prepare the food at home, but in the kitchen of a hotel in the region, and the teams wrote a letter to the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry and the Tax Office regarding the complaint.
Ibrahim Ay, who revealed the truth by tracing the pasta he ate, said, "On Saturday, I ordered pasta through a corporate company that brings together food businesses and the end consumer. About an hour after eating the pasta, I vomited and started sweating. Then, thinking that I might be poisoned by the products I ate, I wondered where I had eaten. I went to the address of the company written in open sources where I placed the order. I noticed that the address was an empty shop."

Stating that he continued his research because the address he found on the internet was empty, Ay said, "I ordered again because I did not have a receipt, as I would not have proof with my complaint, and also to confirm where the company I was eating at was and whether it was the new address. I noticed that there was a new address written on this receipt. When I went there again, I saw that there was another pasta place there. Then I realized that this person was making production at home. He was doing the production at home, without a license, illegally, under the stairs, in a way that endangered human health, and also worked as a courier and cooked and served food to people, which is already unhygienic." Stating that he applied to both the police and the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry through CİMER and with a petition, Ay said, "I was victimized by this. I think I was poisoned and there is no company or workplace that I can contact legally. What happened next: I complained to the police and went to the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture. At the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture, I learned that this workplace was closed in 2022 because it was not in place as a result of its inspections.
