走进曹家庄,黄泥老房保留着原汁原味的乡村“肌理”。信义局客栈由闲置老屋按照修旧如旧原则改造而成,老木梁、青砖墙尽显岁月质感。挂满红柿的主题院落成为网红打卡点,梧桐书房、天泽茶舍静谧雅致。
国庆假期,村里推出晒秋、拼豆、艾草手作、“指尖丰年”非遗体验等活动,窑烤DIY、烟火烧烤营区域香气弥漫,沉浸式业态让游客放慢了脚步。
“听说曹家庄的乡村氛围好,特意趁着假期过来放松。”游客隋玉带着孩子入住民宿,白天到果园采摘鲜果,傍晚沿山间木栈道漫步赏秋,她说:“这里既有原生态的乡村美景,又有丰富的丰收主题活动,是我们想要的假期慢生活。”

据悉,国庆假期首日,曹家庄接待游客近2000人次。依托成熟的民宿集群和丰富的体验业态,该地实现了从“网红村落”到“长红目的地”的转变,游客停留时长、民宿入住率领跑当地乡村文旅市场。
一路之隔的凤凰村兴郭,是有着150余年石刻技艺传承史的“石匠村”。近年来,当地引入市场化运营机制,对十余套老房屋进行整体改造升级,打造出“方井山舍”“有艾工坊”“艾上·窑作”等一批文旅新业态,让老屋重焕生机。
走进“有艾工坊”,主理人卜钦龙正热情地招呼着游客。他联合村民成立合作社,建成500余亩规模化艾草种植基地,开发艾草锤等40余种文创产品,开展非遗研学,吸纳近百名周边村民就业,废弃小院成了村民“就业基地”。
“单一的非遗研学已经很难满足游客的深度需求。”卜钦龙今年又在村西侧回收改造一批房屋,延伸打造艾灸馆、民宿和农家宴,“让游客不仅能体验艾草手造,更能在村里住下来、慢下来,沉浸式感受艾草特色养生”。
不远处,“山水果园”水果展示品尝区内,互动体验引来阵阵笑声。“丰收季节每天都有一两百人来采摘,这一季就能实现收入二十余万元人民币。”果园负责人冷志明表示。
“柿柿如院”里,金黄的柿子挂在檐下,游客正品尝咖啡和简餐。二层露台,八角鼓调《在希望的田野上》悠扬响起,与不远处小广场的欢声笑语遥相呼应。“院子还是那个院子,可日子却不一样了。”村民郭兰美笑着说。
“我们立足乡土资源,持续打造多点联动的乡村文旅矩阵,推动农文旅深度融合。”胶州市文化和旅游局党组书记孙展表示,当地不断丰富民宿、研学、采摘等沉浸式业态,把乡村美景、文化资源转化为富民产业,带动村民增收致富。
