In this project, IMM has a sales price of 1.1 billion TL and a share of 4,004 m² of construction area. The only reason why our Ministry is involved in the process is to solve the problem of 950 beneficiaries who were aggrieved by Sarıyer Municipality's extension of the construction permit process.

In addition, the rehabilitation of the stream in the region and the demolition of the structures on the stream are entirely the responsibility of the municipalities.
