Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that an investigation has been launched into the İBB Case in Silivri.

"It has been determined that the images, which were apparently taken during today's hearing of the file number 2026/208 of the Istanbul 33rd High Criminal Court, held in the courtroom of the Marmara Penitentiary Institutions Campus, were shared through social media accounts.

Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an ex officio investigation within the scope of Article 286 of the Turkish Penal Code against those who recorded audio or video without authorization during prosecution proceedings and shared them on their social media accounts.
