Bayraktar AKINCI hit his target with MORFOZ

According to the statement made by Baykar, AKINCI TİHA, developed nationally and uniquely by the company, continues to improve its capabilities thanks to the integration of domestic and national subsystems and ammunition.

AKINCI, which took off from Çorlu Flight Training and Test Center in Tekirdağ within the scope of the test activity, included MGK, developed by ASELSAN with completely domestic components, and Alpagut ammunition, jointly developed by ROKETSAN and STM. The target determined in the shooting test carried out in Saros Gulf was destroyed with full accuracy by MGK. After the successful completion of the test, AKINCI returned to Çorlu Flight Training and Test Center without any problems.

MORFOZ Winged Guidance Kit, developed by ASELSAN with its unique engineering power, transforms the bomb into guided ammunition and enables critical targets to be hit with high precision.

The kit, which has a long range capability with the help of a folding wing, stands out with its ability to operate in all weather conditions, resistance to GNSS jamming, selectable hit angle and integrated ANS/KKS base.
