Peskov appreciated Putin’s meeting with Witkoff and Kushner

The very fact of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s meeting with US Presidential Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and the American leader’s son-in-law Jared Kushner speaks of an atmosphere of trust. The significance of the negotiations was revealed by Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov, his words are reported by TASS.

“The very fact that the meeting is taking place means that there really is an atmosphere of trust, at least on this channel of communication, and it is strengthening,” Peskov emphasized.

The presidential spokesman added that there are extended parts of the exchange of such welcoming words at the moment when those messages appear that Putin considers necessary to send.
