The Russian Ministry of Education has launched a unified 24-hour psychological help line, “School of Trust.” This was reported in the press service of the department.

By calling a single toll-free number 8-800-707-02-01, schoolchildren, their parents and teachers will be able to report any problematic situations arising in educational organizations. The 24-hour line is organized on the basis of the Federal Coordination Center for Ensuring the Development of Psychological and Pedagogical Assistance in the Education System of the Russian Federation, Moscow State Psychological and Pedagogical University.

As stated by the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation, Sergei Kravtsov, any parent, schoolchild or teacher can call the line, ask a question and receive qualified help.
