An obligation has arisen to make a statement regarding the false statements of the nature of disinformation, which were served deliberately and without good faith by Faik Öztrak, Ümit Özlale and their derivatives.
In the statement made by CHP Group Chairman Faik Öztrak in the Turkish Grand National Assembly and on the "X" social media platform on 19.10.2026, allegations that were reflected to the public as a "fund investigation" were included, and the issue was suddenly brought to the "128 billion dollar lie" and Mr. Berat Albayrak, without establishing any connection with these allegations. Thus, the name of our client, who has nothing to do with these accusations, was placed in a text full of heavy qualifications such as "names at the heart of the scandal", "profiteers", "the biggest of the radishes", etc., in a fallacious context.
"A RIDICULOUS MATCHING"
Those who have artificial intelligence prepare tables based on the distorted information leaked and share them on social media are making a ridiculous pairing just to create a relationship pattern when there is no connection whatsoever, as if they were instructed to "put Berat Albayrak there by force". However, Mr. Berat Albayrak left active politics in 2020, has only dealt with foundation affairs since then and has not participated in any political programs.
Although politicians have a duty to make statements about current issues, the element of topicality should be evaluated separately for each person and event, political ethics should not be abandoned, and events that are not related to each other should not be conveyed as if they were part of the same event.

The reason why these unlawful actions against Mr. Berat Albayrak, one of the people who was exposed to the most lies and slander during his term of office in Turkish political history, continued with great motivation after he left office is the numerous works he implemented for the benefit of our country.

Members of opposition parties, who cannot explain the corruption in their local governments, use Mr. Berat Albayrak's name on every irrelevant issue in order to hide their shame.
"THERE IS NO RELATIONSHIP WITH THE FUND ACTIONS"
There is no direct or indirect relationship between the actions subject to the fund investigation and Mr. Berat Albayrak, and the transactions in question belong to the 2024-2026 period. It has been six years since Mr. Berat Albayrak left his post in 2020, and during this period, three different names have assumed the position of Minister of Treasury and Finance.
