Beşiktaş won its first 100+ point game in the EuroLeague with a 109-93 victory over Maccabi Tel-Aviv

The black-whites started the match well at the Aleksandar Nikolic Sports Hall in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, with baskets by Nowell, Morgan and Zizic, and were ahead 12-6 in the 5th minute. Continuing its good play, Beşiktaş increased the difference to double digits (17-27) in the last minute of the quarter. Although Beşiktaş could not prevent Wallace's 2-point field goal in the last seconds, they finished the quarter ahead 27-19.

Besiktas started the second period with baskets by Berk Uğurlu and Furkan Korkmaz, and with the addition of Omoruyi and Dotson, they gained a 16-point difference (25-41) at the end of the 14th minute. Although the black-whites hit a high percentage from behind the three-point line, they had problems in defense and Maccabi reduced the difference to 6 points in the 18th minute: 44-50. Not allowing the gap to close any further, the black-white team entered the halftime ahead 52-46.

Besiktas started the second half of the match well, and with Wilbekin's effective play, they increased the difference to double digits again in the 24th minute: 50-61. Keeping the difference in double digits, the black-whites were ahead 78-63 in the last quarter.

Beşiktaş took advantage of the difference it had achieved and left the field victorious 109-93.

Brown and Wilbekin, who scored twenty points each for the black-whites, played the leading roles in the victory. Dotson contributed to the victory with 17 points.

Beşiktaş, which had only competed in the EuroLeague in the 2012-2013 season before, exceeded the 100-point threshold for the first time in the organization it participated in for the second time. The black-whites got their first victory against the Israeli representative, whom they met for the third time in the Europa League.

Besiktas, which joined the Europa League after 13 seasons and lost 96-94 to Spain's Valencia Basket team in the first week match, achieved its first victory in the second match. Maccabi, on the other hand, lost its second match.
