The Slovakian national team defeated its guest, Kazakhstan, 2-1, on Tuesday, in the third group competitions in the third level of the European Nations League, in the match hosted by the stadium in the Slovenian city of Kosice.

Iceland tops the group standings with four points, compared to three points for Luxembourg in second place, then Estonia is in third place with two points, and Bulgaria is in fourth place with one point.

The Swiss national team achieved a major victory over its host, Scotland, 3-0, on Tuesday, in the first group matches in the second level of the European Nations League.

The first half ended in a goalless draw, before Sandy Lovric opened the scoring for Slovenia in the 55th minute with a shot from a tight angle after a pass from Tiash Pejic, which hit a defender before entering the net.

Substitute Aloyša Matko added the second goal in the 82nd minute, after he was alone in the goal following a wonderful pass from Daniel Sturm, scoring his first international goal.

Switzerland leads the standings with six points, then Slovenia is in second place with four points, Scotland is in third place with one point, and North Macedonia remains without a score at the bottom of the standings.
