After learning that the North Kaohsiung Family Assistance Center supports more than 4,300 children and that many disadvantaged children lack suitable and durable shoes during their development, she immediately launched an appeal and persuaded Taiwanese local enterprise "Swan Children's Shoes" to donate 247 pairs of children's shoes. On the afternoon of the 4th, she went south to the Kaohsiung Dream Mall store to participate in the donation ceremony, taking practical actions to protect the foot health of disadvantaged children.

Zhang Lingyu, who has been the charity ambassador of Jiafu for many years, has in the past solicited social support by publishing charity calendars and bidding for hand-painted oil paintings. This time, she not only promoted Swan Children's Shoes to extend its love to the south, but also invited Lin Jiaqiao, the double gold medal winner in the World Clown Competition and the founder of "Lesi Theater", to perform a balloon performance, and created a happy afternoon for children with the hardware sponsored by Taroko Game Love Park. In addition to calling for corporate sponsorship, Zhang Lingyu also donated an additional NT$60,000 bursary and 420 packs of Lixiang Jin thick cakes on behalf of his "Lai Xiang Hotel Chain" that has been in Hualien, Yilan for 30 years, hoping to call on more philanthropic forces to join.
