Music critic and journalist Sergei Sosedov died suddenly after falling down the stairs at the age of 58.

Sosedov came to Neryungri to head the jury of the regional fashion and beauty competition “Pearl of the Far East”.

VLADIVOSTOK, September 24 – RIA Novosti. Music critic and journalist Sergei Sosedov was a strict member of the jury of the fashion and beauty competition, and behind the scenes he was a warm and open person, competition jury member and designer Anna Serdyukova told RIA Novosti.

On Wednesday, RIA Novosti reported that Sosedov died suddenly after falling down the stairs. He was 58 years old. Sosedov came to Neryungri to head the jury of the regional fashion and beauty competition “Pearl of the Far East”.

“He and I are permanent members of the jury of the competition. We communicated warmly for a long time. He was a strict member of the jury, and at the same time behind the scenes with his people he was an open and warm person. He was happy to be on the jury, he is a subtle esthete,” said the interlocutor.

As RIA Novosti was previously told at the Center for Culture and Spirituality. A.S. Pushkin, where the competition will take place, the event will begin with an evening in memory of Sosedov, and the entertainment part will be cancelled. The remembrance evening is expected to begin on the evening of September 25th.

Sergei Sosedov was born on January 23, 1968 in Moscow. Graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. He worked for the newspaper "Evening Moscow" and also collaborated with various publications as a music columnist.
