Non-party legislator Gao Jin Sumei's "big accountant" Zhang Junjie broke his electronic bracelet and fled on the 6th. It is understood that Zhang had dined at a restaurant in Xindian with Chen Junwei, an office assistant of SAIC, during the meal. During the meal, he allegedly handed the items to Chen for safekeeping and left within an hour. Chen testified that Zhang only explained his work matters. After interrogation, the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office ordered him to post a bail of 50,000 yuan on suspicion of hiding criminals and damaging public property.

In addition to Chen Junwei, the Beijing Prosecutor's Office also summoned Zhang's second daughter and singer Matzka's wife Yun Yashun as a witness last night to find out whether she had heard or witnessed her father destroying the electronic bracelet and escaping. In June, the Beijing Prosecutor's Office indicted 24 people including Gao Jin and Zhang Junjie, and determined that Zhang was involved in cases of fraudulently receiving public assistant fees, association subsidies, and money laundering, with criminal proceeds of more than 15.18 million yuan, and ordered him to be sentenced to more than 16 years in prison, with the higher penalty being heavier in June 2012. When the case was transferred to trial, the prosecutor believed that Zhang had a high risk of fleeing and insisted on extending his detention, citing reasons such as Zhang's overseas financial resources, his eldest daughter Zhang Jiaqi's long-term residence in China, and his continued assistance in SAIF office affairs.

However, judge Lin Chengxin finally ruled that Zhang Junjie should be released on bail of 10 million yuan and be subject to technological monitoring for nearly three months. When Zhang went to court on the 1st of this month, although he pleaded guilty to some of the facts involved in the case, he denied the most serious crime of taking advantage of his position to defraud property. He cut off his electronic bracelet and lost contact five days later, and the North Court subsequently issued a wanted order.

It is understood that Zhang Junjie met Chen Junwei at 10 a.m. on the 6th. The two had dinner for less than an hour, and Zhang delivered items during the dinner. The investigation will clarify the reason for the close contact between the two before the escape, and whether Chen provided money, transportation or other assistance. If Zhang had already begun to dispose of belongings, funds or contact specific people at that time, it would help determine whether the escape was planned in advance and whether there was anyone else to assist him.

As for the North Prosecutor's Office's summons to Yun Yashun, in addition to clarifying Zhang Junjie's movements at home before his escape, Zhang also interacted with family members because of Zhang's past financial transactions. In the early stages of the investigation, the prosecutor suspected that Zhang had used Yun's account to deposit the money involved in the case, and Yun was once released on bail on suspicion of money laundering. However, after the investigation was concluded, the Beijing Prosecutor's Office determined that she was not sufficiently guilty of the money laundering part and did not prosecute her.

Zhang Junjie's eldest daughter Zhang Jiaqi, who has lived in China for a long time, was prosecuted. The investigation also revealed that Zhang was suspected of handling money through the account of his eldest son-in-law, well-known music producer Yuichi Arai, in order to cover up and conceal the flow of funds. Now that Zhang Qibao has lost contact, the prosecutor is re-examining his family members, office assistants and local contacts to confirm whether anyone provided funds, kept items or helped hide him before and after his escape.
