2026 electoral campaign begins in Mato Grosso with candidate agenda

🔍 The 2026 electoral campaign began on August 16 across the country. From this date onwards, candidates are authorized to ask for votes and hold rallies, walks, debates and publicize their proposals on radio, TV and the internet, following the rules established by the Electoral Court.

Check below what can and cannot be done during the campaign period:

Dr. Natasha started the commitments at 8am, with a march in Poconé, 104 km from Cuiabá. At 7pm, he participated in a political event in Tangará da Serra, 242 km from the capital.

Maurício Coelho started the agenda at 9am, with an interview with a news website. At 3pm, he participated in an interview on a TV program.

Otaviano Pivetta participated, at 6:30 pm, in a meeting with leaders from Várzea Grande. At 7:30 pm, he met with supporters in a meeting whose theme was the sport and culture of Mato Grosso.

Sergeant Laudicério began the engagements at 8:15 am, with an interview on a radio program in Cuiabá, with the participation of listeners. At 9 am, he gave another interview on a radio program. At 8pm, Laudicério should participate in the launch of Marizete da Saúde's candidacy for state deputy, in the Costa Verde neighborhood, in Várzea Grande.

Wellington Fagundes visited, at 12pm, the Porto Fair, in Cuiabá. The campaign did not disclose the candidate's other commitments.
