There are still people in politics in Georgia who want to return Abkhazia by force. Abkhaz President Badra Gunba spoke about a possible attack on the republic from the south, the Apsnypress agency reports.

“We must understand that the situation around us remains difficult. We see that there are still forces in Georgia that do not give up the idea of ​​returning Abkhazia by force. This requires us to be constantly ready to defend our Motherland,” the politician emphasized.

Gunba also said that the country's authorities are strengthening the national Armed Forces. In addition, Sukhum is developing military-technical cooperation with Russia.
