Strategy and MYK Change is on the Agenda in the CHP Camp

MEHTAP GÖKDEMİR / Ankara - At the camp where MYK, PM and YDK members will attend, the strategy and road map that the party will follow in the coming period will be drawn, and preparations for the new legislative period will be discussed.

According to the draft program, the camp will start with the opening speech of Kılıçdaroğlu. Presentations on local governments, party policies and the development of organizational strategies will be made at the camp, and "Problems faced by Turkey in the changing world and CHP's solution proposals" will be evaluated. It is also planned to announce a closing declaration at the end of the camp.

'Don't be a candidate'

It was learned that some MPs will evaluate the congress process at the meetings to be held in the camp and will give the message to Kılıçdaroğlu regarding the candidacy for the Chairman, "We do not find it right for you to be a candidate." It is expected that the issue of CHP's presidential candidate will be brought to the agenda at the camp.

Expectation of change in MYK

There is talk in the party lobbies that there may be a narrow-scale Central Executive Board change after the camp. No change is foreseen in the number of MYK. However, it is stated that there may be changes in the areas of duty. It is stated that Istanbul Deputy Enis Berberoğlu will be appointed as the chief advisor and will be responsible for the media.

Istanbul decision is expected

CHP MYK will meet on Thursday, September 24. It is expected that the appointment to the Istanbul Provincial Directorate will be made at the meeting. The names of Gürsel Tekin and former Kağıthane district president Mehmet Ali Yüksel are being mentioned behind the scenes for the provincial presidency.
