Saadet Party Chairman Mahmut Arıkan criticized the current international system through the United Nations General Assembly and said, "In today's international order, not the power of law, but the law of the strong prevails."

Arıkan stated that the UN should be "not a mechanism that protects the privileges of the powerful, but a ground of justice that can protect the rights of the oppressed against the oppressor."

"Let us shout openly against the scene played out at the United Nations General Assembly: In today's international order, it is not the power of law, but the law of the strong that prevails. This order is an order in which, in a world where Gaza babies are murdered, bombs rain down on Minap girls, and millions of people are displaced, those who bear the political responsibility for all these can deliver 'law', 'peace' and 'civilization' speeches from the United Nations rostrum.

While Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is prevented from attending the United Nations General Assembly, the fact that registered genocide criminal and murderer Netanyahu can address the world from the UN rostrum is one of the clearest indicators of the double standards in this order's understanding of justice.
