Çubuklu-İstinye car ferry services will restart.

Beykoz Deputy Mayor Özlem Vural Gürzel announced that the flights will restart in October.

Stating that they have been working for a year to put the line back into service, Gürzel said, "It is not important who did it, but that our Beykoz wins. We will all be happy together the day our car ferry starts operating again." he said.

The official announcement and the start date of the voyage are expected to be shared with the public by IMM and City Lines in the coming period.

THE LAST TIME WAS MADE LAST YEAR

Car ferries operated by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality City Lines were making 46 trips each between Sarıyer and Beykoz districts on weekdays.

The flights were terminated citing increasing costs.

Following this decision, sea minibuses started to operate on the same line.
