President Erdoğan: The coming period will be the Turkish century

The capital Ankara hosts the Organization of Turkish States Leaders Summit. Before the leaders' session to be held tomorrow, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and guest presidents met in Beştepe.

President Erdoğan attended the official dinner held at Beştepe Nation Exhibition Hall with the participation of guest heads of state on the occasion of 29 October Republic Day and TDT Summit.

President Erdoğan welcomed the guest leaders here. Erdoğan made a speech at the dinner.

Highlights from President Erdoğan's statements are as follows:

We are comprehending the 103rd anniversary of our Republic very differently this year. We are excited to celebrate our Republic Day with our brothers from the Organization of Turkish States, our 'Family Assembly'. I would like to wholeheartedly thank the leaders who shared our holiday enthusiasm.

I send my greetings to all our compatriots in the Turkish Republics. Our Republic has also become a beacon of hope for the victimized peoples of the world. As a nation, we promise to raise the Republic of Türkiye, which we established by paying a heavy price, to the level of contemporary civilizations.

The Republic of Türkiye, which is the common work and common roof of 86 million people, continues to run from success to success with the great achievements it has achieved in every field.

The Turkish world has achieved great success. Just as the founding will of our Republic saved this country from occupation by bringing the seven powers to their knees 103 years ago, we are determined to eliminate those who try to come between us and our goals.

I wholeheartedly believe that, as the Turkish world, we will struggle to make the coming period the Turkish century with full solidarity, mutual respect and brotherhood. May the union of Turkish states last forever.

Erdoğan and guest leaders opened the Turkish States Civilization Park in Beştepe.

Leaders came from the Presidential Complex to the Turkish States Civilization Park, where the ceremony was held, in specially designed limousine models of Türkiye's local and national car, TOGG T10X.

President Erdoğan, Kazakhstan President Kasım Cömert Tokayev, Turkmenistan President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Uzbekistan President Şevket Mirziyoyev, Kyrgyzstan President Sadır Caparov, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) President Tufan Erhürman, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Ceyhun Bayramov, TDT Secretary General Kubanıçbek Ömuraliyev planted pine saplings in the park.

After the sapling planting, the Ministry of National Defense Mehter Band and the Guard Regiment Band sang various anthems. The anthems were accompanied by a traditional dance show. After the dance show, the Turkish Air Force's aerobatic team, Turkish Stars, made a demonstration flight over the ceremony area.

President Erdoğan and his wife Emine Erdoğan took photos with the guest leaders in front of the Orkhon Inscriptions samples in the park.
