The fastest way to save up for an apartment is in the Murmansk region, Nenets and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug; the savings period in these regions is a little over nine years.

ASI prepared an analytical report on changes in healthcare, education, infrastructure and urban environment based on the National Quality of Life Rating.

The leaders in terms of the overall level of housing conditions are St. Petersburg, the Belgorod and Moscow regions, the Republic of Tatarstan is in fourth place, and the Murmansk region closes the top five.

MOSCOW, October 12 - RIA Novosti. The fastest way to save up for an apartment is in the Murmansk region, Nenets and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrugs; the savings period in these regions is just over nine years, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) told RIA Novosti.

ASI prepared an analytical report on changes in healthcare, education, infrastructure and the urban environment. It is based on the results of the National Quality of Life Rating, which the agency compiles annually on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The authors of the study analyzed, among other things, the level of financial affordability of housing in different regions.

According to the results of the study, which RIA Novosti has at its disposal, the minimum accumulation period is observed in the Murmansk region, Nenets and Yamalo-Nenets autonomous districts - here on average it will take a little more than nine years.

In addition, the authors of the report analyzed the general level of housing conditions among Russian regions. The leaders are St. Petersburg, Belgorod and Moscow regions. In fourth place is the Republic of Tatarstan, the top five is closed by the Murmansk region.
