Elmira Kalimullina will perform the Russian anthem before the match with Iran

People's Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Elmira Kalimullina will perform the Russian national anthem before the friendly match between the Russian and Iranian national teams. This was reported by Soviet Sport with reference to the press service of the Russian Football Union.

The meeting will take place on September 29 in Kazan. The match starts at 19:30 Moscow time.

The match will be the first for the national team at the autumn training camp. After the meeting with Iran, the Russian team will play two more friendly games.

The team will play against Namibia on October 3 in Yekaterinburg and against Nigeria on October 6 in Nizhny Novgorod. The gathering of the Russian team started on September 21.
