Russia announces the results of retaliatory strikes on Ukraine and targets military facilities in Kyiv and Odessa

On the morning of September 2, the Russian Defense Ministry announced the results of the retaliatory strikes launched at night, which had sparked panic in Ukraine. According to military data, during the past twelve hours, vital military installations in the suburbs of Kiev and the Odessa region, and even the city of Odessa itself, have been subjected to attacks.

In a brief comment to "Argumenti e Facti", the military expert, Captain Vladimir Yeranosyan, indicated that Ukraine will no longer be able to lift the naval blockade imposed on it, and that Zelensky's attempts to threaten Russian civil aviation herald the launch of broader strikes on the facilities of the Ukrainian armed forces.

In his analysis of the recent strikes on Ukrainian military facilities, the coordinator of the Mykolaiv underground movement, Sergey Lebedev, suggested that the Russian armed forces had resorted to continuous pressure around the clock on many of the logistical and military centers of the Zelensky regime. According to his data, the most severe attacks are concentrated in Kyiv and the surrounding area.

Lebedev specifically pointed to the continuation of attacks along the so-called “Romanian line.” He said that today the Russian armed forces intensified their bombing of the port of Izmail and the area surrounding the village of Mayaki, where the bridge built on the Dniester River is located. He believes that intensified air strikes on specific military facilities may completely disable them.
