Pointing out that TEKNOFEST hosted more than 1 million people, Mahmood noted that the event has turned into an internationally recognized brand.

Mahmood stated that the organization in Şanlıurfa demonstrated Türkiye's developing technological capacity in a wide range, and expressed his wish for a closer and mutually beneficial cooperation between D8 countries and TEKNOFEST.

At the event, Mahmood visited the stands of the companies and received information about the developed technologies, also met with the young people participating in TEKNOFEST competitions and examined the award-winning projects.

Mahmood also met with Şanlıurfa Governor Hasan Şıldak and congratulated Şıldak, Kacır, Bayraktar and stakeholder organizations for their contributions to the planning and realization of the organization.
