Hanoi Dat Bike's largest repair service center is capable of serving 70 vehicles at the same time, with similar equipment to the factory, meeting repair needs in the Northern region.
A representative of Dat Bike said that since August, the company has operated a repair service center (Mega Service Center) in Hanoi, built as a "miniature factory", to improve after-sales quality and shorten vehicle maintenance time for users.
The new center has a two-story design, a total usable area of 1,000 m2, including separate functional areas, from welcoming guests to vehicle inspection, maintenance, and in-depth technical handling. The technical area has a lift system, capable of receiving and handling about 70 vehicles at the same time, helping to increase maintenance and repair capacity and reduce waiting time during peak periods.
Dat Bike Mega Service Center has software diagnostic equipment, electrical system testing, batteries, specialized mechanical machinery... invested synchronously according to factory standards in Ho Chi Minh City. Thanks to that, the center can perform all tasks from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics and in-depth repairs for Weaver, Quantum and Era vehicles right in the Hanoi area.
Here, the company also prepares a source of genuine components and spare parts at the warehouse to shorten transit time, limit the situation where users have to wait, order components for a long time, or transport the vehicle to another location for repair. According to the company, the team of technicians at this center have undergone intensive training and are equipped with knowledge to handle lithium-ion batteries, motors, controllers, transmission systems, integrated charging technology...
Reorganize the after-sales system
Operating its largest center, Dat Bike said it has simultaneously reorganized the entire after-sales service system, aiming to improve service in the Northern market.
Accordingly, Dat Bike builds a model of "service points near users with the 3S store system" and "centralized processing capacity behind the scenes with Mega Service Center". Accordingly, users can perform quick services such as warranty and periodic maintenance at 3S stores. In case of in-depth repair, the company will receive, classify and coordinate vehicles to Mega Service Center, instead of having to transport them to the factory located in Ho Chi Minh City. This model is expected by the company to help speed up vehicle turnover and handling, reduce pressure on each service point, and reduce waiting time for users.
It is expected that by the end of this year, Mega Service Center will expand to receive direct customers, in addition to its role as a technical center supporting the Dat Bike network in the Northern region. A representative of this company said that the center is operated in the context of the company expanding its product range, hoping to build an ecosystem for electric motorbikes.
"As products and the number of customers expand, service capacity needs to be upgraded accordingly to ensure a seamless experience," said Mr. Nguyen Ba Toan, Director of Dat Bike after-sales service. "We focus on developing products with optimal prices based on performance, diversifying products and expanding infrastructure systems. Besides the 3S store system, Dat Bike will continue to invest in large-scale service centers and new factories, gradually improving operating capacity in the coming time."
