DDK President Salih Tanrıkulu left his duties at Borsa Istanbul

After President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan appointed the State Supervisory Board (DDK) to examine investment fund transactions in the capital markets, DDK President Salih Tanrıkulu allegedly resigned from his duties at Borsa Istanbul. While an official statement has not been made yet, his decision to resign was reflected in the media.

STATE SUPERVISOR BOARD WAS APPOINTED

Following the crisis in some investment funds in the capital markets, the audit process was expanded.

Erdoğan appointed the State Supervisory Board (DDK) to supervise the developments.

After the audit process was handed over, DDK President Salih Tanrıkulu, Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. He resigned from his duties within the company.

According to the information obtained, it was learned that Tanrıkulu took this decision in order to carry out the process independently.
