中新网上海9月13日电 (记者 郑莹莹 孙自法)作为2026浦江创新论坛的主题活动之一,太空算力产业生态论坛13日在上海举办。论坛期间,上海“明珠星座计划”正式启动。

当前,人工智能、商业航天与新一代信息技术正加速融合,卫星也正从传统的信息获取与传输节点,逐步向具备在轨处理、智能分析和计算能力的空间智能节点演进。

“明珠星座计划”以建设“吉瓦(GW)级天基计算星座”为长期目标,围绕天地一体化算力网络、空间能源等方向持续推进技术探索,推动智能计算能力由地面进一步向近地轨道延伸,计划到2030年逐步建成全球覆盖、天地协同、自主可控的太空智能算力基础设施和服务网络。

“明珠”既寓意上海的城市地标东方明珠,也代表上海面向未来太空算力产业布局的重要载体。“明珠星座计划”是上海培育天基计算未来产业、构建天地一体化智能算力基础设施的重要布局,将在上海市科委的指导下,由东方天算担任链主单位,并联合上海交通大学等科研机构及产业链上下游合作伙伴共同推进。

上海市科委副主任屈炜在论坛上表示,“明珠星座计划”是上海推进太空算力产业落地的战略性工程。太空算力既是天地一体化信息网络的关键支撑,也是培育新质生产力、拓展数字经济发展新空间的重要增长极,是上海当前重点培育布局的未来产业方向。
