Sibling Murder in Denizli: Loss of Life Increased to 2

In Pamukkale district of Denizli, 45-year-old Ali Avcı killed 43-year-old Ayşe Pabuccu, the older sister of the disabled woman with whom he lived in a religious marriage, and his older brother, 49-year-old Mehmet Pabuccu, who was injured, died in the hospital where he was treated. The incident in Denizli took place on September 19, in Karşıyaka District of Pamukkale district. Ali Avcı (45) allegedly married a speech-impaired woman who lived in the same neighborhood with him, in a religious ceremony.

According to the news in DHA, the woman's older sister Ayşe Pabuccu (43) and her older brother Mehmet Pabuccu (49) opposed this. After an argument between them, Ayşe and Mehmet Pabuccu brothers went to Ali Avcı's (45) house on the day of the incident.

The argument that broke out at home quickly turned into a fight. Ali Avcı injured two brothers in various parts of his body with a knife. Health and police teams were dispatched to the scene upon the notice of the surrounding people who heard the sounds.

Ayşe Pabuccu and her older brother Mehmet Pabuccu, who were seriously injured, were taken to Pamukkale University Hospital. Ayşe Pabuccu, who received 7 stab wounds to her body, could not be saved. Mehmet Pabuccu, who was being treated in the hospital, also died yesterday.

Ali Avcı, who was referred to the courthouse by the police after the incident, was arrested.
