Actions of the services against a former CBA agent

"In the investigation regarding Zondacrypto, CBZC officers, acting on the order of the prosecutor from the Silesian Department of the Polish Police, carried out searches in Wrocław. During the activities, electronic equipment was secured that could have been used by Artur Ch. and may contain data important for the ongoing investigation," wrote the Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek on the X website.

Artur Chodziński referred to the case in an entry on portal

"The operation lasted about 20 minutes. All media reports about 'ongoing searches' are, of course, lies," he added.

According to media reports, Chodziński was to cooperate with the head of Zondacrypto, Przemysław Kral. The company belonging to Chodziński allegedly issued invoices to the Czech company Krala for over half a million zlotys.

According to a journalist's investigation, in return, Chodziński revealed to him, among other things, sensitive data of a journalist who described the stock exchange scandal and assured that he had the ability to influence right-wing government officials. Chodziński denies these findings.
