The new legislative session of the Legislative Yuan begins. The priority bills listed by the Kuomintang group include welfare policies such as a universal payment of NT$20,000 and an increase in subsidies for old farmers to NT$15,000. The outside world described it as throwing money to save the election because of urgency before the election. Others criticized the KMT for now throwing money to usurp administrative power. Su Qiaohui accepted a joint interview with the media before attending the founding meeting of the Xizhi joint campaign headquarters of her and New Taipei City Council candidate Cai Meihua of the DPP. She said that budget preparation is the work of administrative power. Each budget is actually an overall plan proposed by the central government after considering all aspects of rules and all policies, as well as the direction to be implemented. The central government will compile the budget and implement it. Therefore, after seeing what the actual proposal proposed by the Kuomintang is, it will be discussed in the Legislative Yuan.
