National Day is approaching, and the National Tainan University Goodwill Ambassador Group has been selected as the school to host National Day concierge in 2026. This year, 20 goodwill ambassadors will be involved in National Day concierge services. This is the sixth time that NTU has undertaken the National Day reception task. The team has been preparing intensively recently, not only comprehensively strengthening reception etiquette and on-the-spot response, but also having reception capabilities in Chinese, English, and Japanese, and training in greetings in 10 foreign languages ​​to demonstrate students' international service capabilities.

NTU Goodwill Ambassadors have long been involved in receptions at on-campus and off-campus ceremonies, government agencies and large-scale events. Through systematic courses and daily training, they have gradually accumulated practical experience from core service, proper posture, basic reception, business etiquette, to crisis management and high-level concierge. In the past, they have also participated in important occasions such as the National Day Ceremony and the Presidential Inaugural State Banquet.

In order to prepare for this year's National Day mission, the team has carried out intensive training since the summer vacation to strengthen beauty, foreign language communication, first aid skills and gender awareness. They also added situation simulations to conduct comprehensive drills from deportment, communication to on-the-spot reactions to familiarize themselves with the needs of different guests and service areas.

Goodwill Ambassador Yu Yingxuan said that National Day concierge is not only a reception work, but also a test of teamwork, communication, coordination and on-the-spot response. The team members have been training since the summer, hoping to complete the task with a stable, confident and professional attitude.

NTU President Chen Huiping pointed out that the goodwill ambassador is an important image representative of the school. This mission is not only an opportunity to serve important national activities, but also an important stage for students to demonstrate their professional qualities and international communication skills.
