The series of activities runs throughout the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, deepening cross-regional cultural and tourism linkage, promoting the docking of tourism resources, promoting the integration and innovation of "Starry Sky+" multi-business formats, and activating Ningxia's "Hometown of the Stars" cultural tourism IP.
The core highlight of this Starry Sky Tourism Season is the Starry Sky Tourism Resource Exchange and Matchmaking Conference, which adheres to the principle of "gathering intelligence through gathering, promoting cooperation through negotiation, and implementing through signing" to build a platform for exchanges and cooperation between government, enterprises, and business travel. Guests attending the meeting shared and exchanged views on topics such as the integration of astronomical technology and culture and tourism, creation of starry sky tourism products, destination brand building, development of starry sky study courses, and development of stargazing tourism in Ningxia. The event conducts industry interviews, organizes group negotiations and centralized signing. Relevant scenic spots in the four provinces of Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, and Gansu have signed a starry sky tourism linkage cooperation mechanism agreement. Yinchuan Cultural Tourism Group has reached cooperation with a number of cultural tourism companies outside the region in terms of publicity and mutual promotion, route linkage, and cultural and creative mutual promotion. Many local travel agencies in Ningxia have reached four cooperation projects with travel agencies outside the region for mutual transportation of tourists.
The event organizes national travel agents to carry out "Starry Sky+" routes, planning three differentiated starry sky themed routes to connect Ningxia's characteristic cultural tourism resources and promote the in-depth integration of natural ecology, history and culture, characteristic industries and starry sky cultural tourism. The history and starry sky dialogue line connects the two cultural landmarks of Xixia Mausoleum and Helan Mountain rock paintings; the ecology and starry sky immersion line focuses on Haba Lake and Shapotou ecological scenic spots, showing the natural style of the blend of sand, water and stars; the tipsy and starry sky romantic line links Zhenbeibao Western Cinema, Manpu·Seeing Helan immersive performing arts town and characteristic wineries to create a leisure scene integrating wine and tourism.
In addition, this tourism season also launched the "My First Galaxy Photo in Life" national starry sky photography project, linking online and offline. Offline, relying on the five major stargazing spots of Anmo Hotel, Zhongwei Desert Star Hotel, Shahu, Habahu, and Xijilongwangba Village, free starry sky portrait shooting will be carried out during the holidays, and photography enthusiasts will be guided on-site to shoot the stars; a Douyin topic challenge will be launched online, and real-shot works of the Ningxia starry sky will be released with relevant topics. The event runs from September 19th to October 19th, and outstanding works will receive Ningxia cultural and creative and special tourism products.
