The program is jointly organized by the Ministry of Public Security and the Communist Magazine, aiming to celebrate the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of September 2, the 81st anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day and the 21st anniversary of the National Festival of All People Protecting National Security.

The performance recreates the milestones associated with the birth of the revolutionary armed forces in 1944, when World War II entered a decisive phase. Implementing the instructions of leader Ho Chi Minh, the Vietnam Liberation Army Propaganda Team was established on December 22, 1944, including 34 soldiers, becoming the forerunner of the Vietnam People's Army.

Singer Cam Van creates a quiet moment with Spring by musician Pham Minh Tuan, based on the poetry of Elena Shirman. Ms. Elena Shirman (1908 - 1942) was a famous Soviet female poet and journalist. She has a poem Spring, translated into Vietnamese with the name Return. In 1983, musician Pham Minh Tuan read the translation, which inspired him to compose the song.

Through the story of a soldier returning from war, the song depicts the traces of time and loss imprinted on the soldier's figure. The reunion with the lover thus intertwines the joy of reunion and sadness, while also reminding the value of peace after fierce years.

The performance portrays the image of female intelligence officer Cao Ky Van, real name Nguyen Thi Duoc, the first female Hero and Martyr of the People's Public Security force and one of the first female intelligence officers of the (former) Bac Giang Police. During the battle of Mo Tho post in May 1950 in Bac Giang, she bravely broke into the middle of the enemy post alone, used grenades to destroy many enemies and died at the age of 25.
