The PP accuses the Government of lying about the warning reports prior to the migratory avalanche in Ceuta

The Popular Party celebrates that this week the main warning reports about the avalanche of immigrants that Ceuta suffered on July 30 were known. In the national leadership of Genoa they believe that it has been shown that the Executive "knew it and covered it up", and that it "lied" during the following weeks, when it denied the existence of prior warnings and when it actively and passively denied any Moroccan involvement, which is now proven in the report that the National Center for Immigration and Borders (CENIF) has sent to the judge of the National Court.

And not only that. The Government's explanations reveal, in the eyes of Alberto Núñez Feijóo's team, another "lie" that would certify not only Pedro Sánchez's mismanagement, but also that he would have maneuvered to hide the reality.

PP sources assure that the proof of the cotton was found in information revealed yesterday by EL MUNDO about the Military Intelligence report, which did not reach the Chief of the Defense Staff (Jemad) until July 30 at 10:06 a.m. That is, when the operation "attack on the territorial integrity of Spain" was already underway.

In said news, La Moncloa assures that the Executive did not receive the report of July 27. «Many organizations sent reports starting at 10:00 a.m. on the 30th, when things were already underway. The Government did not receive any extraordinary alert until the 30th,” stated official government sources. The PP responds that «in that paragraph, the Government defends itself for its delay in action at the border by saying that the military intelligence report of July 27 that warned of possible "massive" crossings of migrants from Morocco did not reach them until July 30. However, two weeks ago they worked hard to deny Margarita Robles saying that there was no report first and that there was no warning that was not simply verbal afterwards.

For all these reasons, the PP has registered, as EL MUNDO has learned, two requests for an "urgent" appearance in Congress: that of the Secretary of State for Security, Aina Calvo, number two of the Minister of the Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska; and that of the general director of the National Police (and number three), Francisco Pardo.
