Enver Altaylı's transfer to Istanbul was stopped with a doctor's report

Within the scope of the investigation into the death of Kaşif Kozinoğlu, FETO convict Enver Altaylı was also called to testify. The request for Altaylı, who is in Sincan Prison, to be transferred to Istanbul by transport vehicle has been stopped for now, in line with the doctor's report.

Altaylı's daughter, Dilara Yılmaz, made evaluations regarding her father's health condition and the necessity of the referral process in her statement on her social media account.

“His health is not suitable for this transfer”

Yılmaz argued that for weeks there had been attempts to associate him with the death of his father, Kaşif Kozinoğlu, and stated that Altaylı was 82 years old and had serious health problems.

Dilara Yılmaz made the following statements on her social media account:

"For weeks, my father, Enver Altaylı, has been tried to be associated with the death of Explorer Kozinoğlu by placing him at the center of a manipulated scenario that has no logical or legal basis.

Enver Altaylı is 82 years old. He has been unjustly imprisoned for nine years and has serious health problems.

Yesterday, Friday, he was asked to be taken from Sincan to Istanbul, handcuffed, in transport vehicles that prisoners call "coffins" to testify.

Neither his age nor his health are suitable for such a journey.

Moreover, it is both possible and extremely common to take the statement of a person in prison from his location via SEGBİS. My father is already in Sincan Prison. He's not going anywhere.

It is so obvious that his health does not allow for this referral, and the doctor gave a report that he is not fit for referral. For this reason, it could not be taken to Istanbul for now.

In order to investigate the death of explorer Kozinoğlu, is it necessary to endanger the health of an 82-year-old sick person and apply a referral procedure that could actually turn into torture?
