Erdoğan Met with the Presidents of Beşiktaş, Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray and Trabzonspor

AKP President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with the presidents and managers of the four big clubs.

Receiving Galatasaray Sports Club President Dursun Özbek and the Board of Directors, Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club President Serdal Adalı, Fenerbahçe Sports Club President Aziz Yıldırım and the Board of Directors, Trabzonspor Club President Ertuğrul Doğan and the Board of Directors at the Presidential Dolmabahçe Working Office, Erdoğan met with the delegations of the clubs separately.

After the meeting held behind closed doors, a photo was taken to commemorate the day.

Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak was also present at the reception.

STATEMENT AFTER THE INTERVIEW

Erdoğan later made a statement regarding the meetings on his social media account, saying, "Today, we met with the esteemed presidents and managers of our Beşiktaş, Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray and Trabzonspor clubs. I wholeheartedly believe that our Super League, which started a few weeks ago, will continue in an atmosphere of friendship, brotherhood and fair competition, and that our clubs will be proud of the victories they will achieve in Europe, and I wish success to all our sports clubs." he said.
