The scale of solar thermal power in operation and construction in the province ranks first in the country. East Golmud, Hainan The projects for the two major 10-million-kilowatt transmission bases for clean energy are advancing in an orderly manner. The main projects of Warang and Nanshankou pumped-storage power stations have been fully started. The feasibility study of the Qinggui and Qingyue transmission channels has been accelerated. The installed capacity of clean energy has exceeded 80 million kilowatts, ranking among the top in the country.
"We innovate the electricity trading model, continue to expand the scale of clean energy external transmission, and fully serve the overall situation of ensuring the national electricity supply." Zhou Wu, director of the Economic Operation Regulation Bureau of the Qinghai Provincial Development and Reform Commission, said that from June to July, Qinghai Province's external electricity transmission exceeded 10.06 billion kilowatt hours, of which July alone reached 6.05 billion kilowatt hours, a record high. In terms of the green computing industry, the province has accelerated the country's first green computing collaborative development pilot and established a "pairing" relationship with urban computing power networks with Zhongwei, Ningxia, and Qingyang, Gansu. The "three brothers" of northwest green computing have entered the fast lane of industrial development. Xining Intelligent Computing Center and Qinghai Xinsheng Haidong AI Intelligent Computing Center have accelerated construction. The CEC Wanjie Intelligent Computing Center project has started, with a total of 49,000 standard racks built, a shelf rate of 76%, and a computing power scale exceeding 28,000P.
