The Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow confiscated shares of Rusagro to the state

The Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow confiscated about 8 million shares of PJSC Rusagro Group for state income.

The shares belonged to the nephew and sister of the company's founder, Vadim Moshkovich.

MOSCOW, September 29 - RIA Novosti. The Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow confiscated about 8 million shares of Rusagro Group PJSC, which belonged to the nephew and sister of the company’s founder Vadim Moshkovich, for the state’s benefit, a RIA Novosti correspondent reports from the courtroom.

“To seize from Yulia Nikolaevna Tribunskaya 5 million 701 thousand 814 ordinary shares of PJSC Rusagro Group... from Sergei Andreevich Tribunsky 2 million 266 thousand 518 ordinary shares of PJSC Rusagro Group, turning them into the income of the Russian Federation,” the judge announced the decision.

Among the defendants in the lawsuit is also Moshkovich’s ex-wife Natalya Bykovskaya, whose accounts have been seized with more than 4 billion rubles.
