Overseas current affairs commentator Cai Shenkun and the social account "News Investigation" have questioned that the Beijing authorities may dress up PLA intelligence personnel as waiters to collect intelligence while personally serving American dignitaries. The X account named "sam51824016070" also released multiple screenshots, questioning the asymmetry of the waitress's breast shape under her fitted uniform, and suspected of hiding wireless monitoring equipment.

According to a video circulated on the X platform, a delicate-faced waitress stood behind White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller during the entire state dinner. The waitress looked at the senior American official in front of her with cold eyes from time to time, and frequently touched her ears and chin. The X account "Fengyi1811" immediately identified the waitress and published photos of her wearing a People's Liberation Army uniform.

Current affairs commentator Cai Shenkun analyzed and pointed out that the people who can operate in extremely high-protection occasions such as state banquets are "not simple." These waitresses have more or less specific missions and cannot be just ordinary catering service personnel.
