The ordinary general assembly meeting of Fenerbahçe Club will be held tomorrow.
The agenda of the General Assembly, which will start at 10.30 at Ülker Sports and Event Hall, includes reading and discussing the Board of Directors Activity Report and the Audit Board Report for the financial period between 1 March 2026 - 31 May 2026. The acquittal of the Board of Directors and the Board of Auditors for the same period will also be submitted to the approval of the members.
In addition, the budget for the period 1 June 2026 - 31 May 2027 will be read and submitted to the General Assembly for approval. The selection of the independent audit firm that will audit financial matters in accordance with independent audit standards will also be submitted to the votes of the members.
CRITICAL STEP FOR SAMANDIRA
One of the notable agenda items of the Ordinary General Assembly will be about Samandıra Can Bartu Facilities.
Fenerbahçe management will request authorization to take the necessary initiatives to purchase the 14 thousand 934 square meter section of the area where the facilities are located, belonging to the Treasury.
According to the agenda item, authorizing the board of directors to purchase the area in question and carry out all work and transactions within this scope until the end of its term of office will be submitted to the approval of the General Assembly.
FENERBAHÇE MUSEUM AND MALTEPE FOOTBALL ACADEMY
Investment and facility projects on real estate that the club owns or has the right to use will also be discussed at the general assembly.
In this context, members will be informed about the project planned to be built on a total of 13 thousand 972 square meters of real estate located in Kadıköy Zühtüpaşa District and known to the public as Kenan Evren High School.
Creating and furnishing the Fenerbahçe Museum in the historical building is also on the agenda.
Another important project will be Maltepe Football Academy. The general assembly will be informed about the project planned to be built on the real estate located in Maltepe Atışokulu District with a surface area of 124 thousand 217.53 square meters.
DEREAĞZI AND STADIUM CAPACITY ARE ALSO ON THE AGENDA
The Metin Aşık building project, located in Dereağzı Lefter Küçükandonyadis Facilities, will also be presented to the members at the general assembly.
In addition, a new step is on the agenda regarding Fenerbahçe's stadium project. General assembly members will be informed about the project to increase the spectator capacity at Chobani Stadium Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Sports Complex.
INFORMATION FOR COVE1907 PROJECT
The board of directors will also be asked to authorize the regulations regarding the use of the club brand in real estate development projects that Fenerbahçe has carried out or will carry out with third parties.
In this context, the members of the General Assembly will be informed about the project named "COVE1907" in accordance with the agreement made with Nata Holding.
120TH ANNIVERSARY LOTTERY IS ON THE AGENDA
The "120th Anniversary Lottery", planned to be held within the scope of Fenerbahçe's 120th anniversary, is also on the agenda of the general assembly.
Members will be informed about the project, which is planned to be carried out with the permission of the General Directorate of National Lottery Administration. Authorizing the board of directors to follow up and carry out the necessary transactions related to the lottery until the end of its term of office will also be put to vote.

An important item regarding Fenerbahçe University will also be discussed in the general assembly.
