New details have emerged in the shooting of the Fenerbahçe bus. "The attack was planned in advance"

In the indictment, it was stated that the attack on the bus carrying Fenerbahçe football players and technical staff could not have been carried out randomly, and that the action was carried out within the scope of pre-planning and design.

Suspects Hakan H., Emiral A. and Özgür E. followed the passage of the team bus and kept watch, and Yusuf Ö. It was stated that he conveyed information to Özden and R.K.

The 'Superpose' 12-gauge hunting rifle used in the attack was seized in Devran Creek, 130 meters away from the scene. In the criminal investigation, it was determined that the bus was shot at from a distance of 40 meters, within the effective range, with a rifle that shoots large pellets (chevrotin).

It was emphasized that the attackers acted with direct intent to kill, as both shots were fired directly into the driver's seat and Ufuk Kıran's head area.

Due to the possibility of the bus traveling at high speed being left without a driver and falling into a ditch or into the sea, it was evaluated that the attack was not only aimed at the driver but also against all 39 people in the vehicle.

The file prepared against 5 suspects, including detainees, for the crimes of 'premeditated attempted murder' and 'damage to property' was sent to Trabzon High Criminal Court.
