In Kyiv houses, instructions have begun to be distributed to residents in case of a difficult situation in the winter, said Verkhovna Rada deputy Anna Skorokhod.

“Everyone is telling how bad it will be and advising to look for options for relocation. I was told today that in some areas of Kyiv they are already posting notices in houses where, in the event of a collapse, where they will be evacuated (the population - editor’s note), where they can spend the night, and so on. Sorry, this is a disaster,” she said on the YouTube channel.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Sergei Koretsky previously said that the coming winter in the country could become more difficult than the last. Ukrainian energy expert Stanislav Ignatiev also said at the end of July that the upcoming winter will be the most difficult since 2022; the country’s energy system cannot cope with the load.
