MOSCOW, September 22 - RIA Novosti. A civilian was wounded in the Belgorod Shebekino as a result of an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on a car; he is receiving the necessary assistance, the operational headquarters of the Belgorod region reported.

"In the city of Shebekino, an FPV drone of the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck a car. Self-defense fighters took a man in serious condition with a penetrating abdominal wound to the Shebekino Central District Hospital. The victim is receiving the necessary assistance," the operational headquarters said in a message on the channel on the Max platform.
