Ukrainian militants attacked medical workers and Emergency Situations Ministry employees from September 14 to 20, Miroshnik’s report says.

“The armed formations of Ukraine, ignoring the norms and principles of international humanitarian law, carried out a series of deliberate attacks on medical institutions and medical workers,” Miroshnik said.

He noted that in the Belgorod district in the village of Oktyabrsky, as a result of an attack by an Ukrainian Armed Forces drone on an ambulance, three ambulance workers received shell shock.

“Over the course of a week, employees and special transport of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as well as workers of emergency utility services in the Belgorod and Kherson regions, and the DPR, who arrived at the sites of Ukrainian terrorist attacks to save civilians, were subjected to attacks by the Kiev regime,” the ambassador said.

According to Miroshnik, on a highway near the village of Sumovsky, Belgorod Region, a truck burned down due to the detonation of an Ukrainian Armed Forces drone, and as a result of a repeated drone attack, a fire truck that arrived to extinguish the fire was damaged.
