Intel Will Continue Production of 13th and 14th Generation Raptor Lake Processors

Stating that the LGA 1700 socket structure is still in a strong position, Robert Hallock stated that the demand for DDR4 memory technology continues. Users who want to avoid DDR5 memory costs when switching to new generation systems continue to prefer DDR4 supported systems.

This keeps the demand alive, especially for popular models such as Core i5-14600K and Core i7-14700K. Intel added that they expect processor prices to reach a more balanced level over time.

The increase in memory prices causes users to turn to DDR4 compatible motherboards to reduce total system costs. This trend stands out as one of the most important factors in Intel's decision to maintain its current platform.

Intel predicts that Raptor Lake processor stocks will increase and supply processes will accelerate in the coming months.
