Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office imposed judicial control measures on 13 suspects in the capital markets fraud investigation.

The fund investigation carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the transactions carried out in the capital market continues.

Within the scope of the investigation, in line with the Audit Report of the Capital Markets Board (CMB), 13 suspects who were found to have committed market fraud in the shares of Aztek Teknoloji Ürünleri Ticaret AŞ (AZTEK) were sent to the courthouse after their procedures at the police station.

THE GENERAL PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE WILL OBJECT THE DECISION

After completing their statements to the prosecutor's office, 13 suspects were taken to the Criminal Court of Peace and released under judicial control measures. Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office made a statement following the decision and stated that it would object to the release of the suspects under judicial control.

THE NUMBER OF DETAINEES REACHED 45

In the previous waves of operations carried out in the investigation into closed fund systems, irregular transactions and stock market manipulations in the capital market, 45 suspects, including company managers, were arrested and sent to prison.
