İYİ Party Announced That They Will Take the Fund Scandal to Judgment

İYİ Party Deputy Chairman of Legal and Election Affairs and Afyonkarahisar Deputy Hakan Şeref Olgun said that they will take the fund scandal to court. Olgun made the following statement to ANKA News Agency regarding the issue:

"As the İYİ Party, we follow with great care and sensitivity the allegations of 'fund fraud', which have been on the public agenda lately. It is unacceptable that small investors, in particular, face the risk of losing the money they have accumulated by working hard for years. The savings created by the hard work of the citizens should not be allowed to be turned into a tool for any person or group to gain unfair profits.

As the Deputy Chairman of İYİ Party in Charge of Legal and Election Affairs, I would like to clearly state that; We consider this process not only as a political debate but also as a matter of law, justice, public interest and economic security. Under the instructions of our Chairman, Mr. Müsavat Dervişoğlu, we will investigate all aspects of the allegations without protecting any person or institution, use our legal complaint rights to reveal all aspects of who is involved in this structure, who benefits, and whether they have political connections with public officials, if any, and follow up to the end to ensure that those responsible are held accountable before justice and receive the punishment they deserve.

For us, the criterion is clear: Regardless of who is responsible, what position he holds or what political environment he is associated with; The law should be applied equally to everyone.
